Virginia-based photographer here, dedicated to travel and documenting everything along the way. I like to believe that this world is ours to explore, and that constantly roaming around is the best way to wipe away ignorance, expand your mind, and truly feed your soul. Pictures help me remember the places I've been and the lessons I've learned. Taking them has become a highly personal experience for me, and it's liberating to share them here. Hiked to this spot (Red Rock Falls) on day one of the Glacier trip. Almost lost my Yashica trying to get this view, but probably worth it. :)

Recently spent a few days camping and hiking in Glacier, so the next few posts will most likely be from the trip. I went through about 8 or 9 rolls of film and would’ve taken more if only I’d known how spectacular Glacier really is. Just raw, natural beauty that was actually overwhelming at times. This photo is of St. Mary Lake, which is a popular spot along Going-to-the-Sun Rd., but this exact view is off the beaten path a ways. Just a short hike from Going-to-the-Sun and no one was around. So I just sat and stared. Hypnotized for about 20 minutes, but I could spend a lifetime there.
